I know that I have been slacking, but I have been so busy!
There was not enough time to be spent in Berlin, but Jessica and I had saw everything we could and had a FANTASTIC time!
We stayed at a wonderful apartment which was right across the street from the Holocaust memorial and steps away from Brandenburg Gate!

At the Holocaust memorial, the design was made to make you feel uneasy about what was going to happen next. The statues were all different sizes and the alleys were bumpy or crooked to represent how the victims of the Holocaust felt.
Jess and I went to see the the Reichstag building. It was really pretty and cool to see Germany's government building!
We decided to do the hop on hop off bus because Berlin is HUMONGOUS! We made our to the infamous Berlin Wall! It was incredible to see the wall and learn about the impact it made on Germany.
Check point Charlie was next on our list and it was cool to see and we took a fun picture with the "American" soldiers! They were so fun and they took like 50 pictures with us! One of them even KISSED Jessica's hand!!!!
We made our way to the Jewish museum and back onto the hop on hop off bus. We stopped at the Brandenburg gate again and got a BEAUTIFUL picture! Seeing the gate a night versus the day look totally different!
We went to the bar that was below our apartment and met a Irish bachelor party. They were so much fun! We ended up going to a dance club and staying out until 5 o'clock in the morning!
Traveling with Jessica to Berlin was an AMAZING experience and I am so thankful to have such great friends to see these wonderful places with!
